Possible complication

Jess called me an hour ago and told me she was feeling only a numb tingly feeling in her legs. It could be very serious indicating paralysis, but it could be also could be temporary if it is a result of one of the medicines in her pain pump. In the latter case, it would be because one of the medicines works like an asthetic and if that is the case that medicine can simply replaced. Right now I am at the hospital waiting for Jess to get back from a CT scan. Please pray that it is somerthing reversible and easilt fixable.

Praying for your strength on this very trying day.

I was very priviledged to sit in on the prayer service at GCC this morning. It was a powerful heart-felt hour of prayer and song. We felt the presence of the Holy Spirit as we interceded before the Father on your behalf. May it comfort you to know that the Lord God Almighty heard our prayers this very day! I pray that He will shelter Jess and the family under His wing today and in the days to come. Praying for answers to the unknown...and strength to persevere.

"Hope for the helpless, rest for the weary and love for the broken heart"...these are the words that were playing when I read your blog, Jessa.

Lord, I also pray that you shelter Jess, Jake and the rest of the Kaylor family and remind us that You are the only one who knows tomorrow. I know that it will be perfect as it was designed by You.
