Headstone

Family went to Jessica's grave tonight and saw that her headstone is there now. I had been waiting for her headstone to be there before I took my family. Grass doesn't grow in the winter, so I didn't want them to see just a dirt spot. We have another crazy busy week and I really don't want our visit to be just something we squeeze in. It's also supposed to be rainy all week. Please pray for us to find the right time for me to take the girls.

The Lord will let you know and give each of you the strength to go. Lean on Him Jake. Maybe the weekend will be prettier

May your hearts be lightened by the presence of Christ, and may His spirit keep your spirits lifted when y'all go. May the love and comfort that surrounded y'all back in October continue to surround and support y'all, especially when y'all go.

Always in my prayers, y'all are.

In Him and around the corner (and counting the "y'alls"),

Al

Just an idea, if your girls would like to leave something out at their mothers grave side besides flowers, they can make "Love Rocks". I know this sound corny, but you take a flat rock and write or draw your message on it and either leave it at the grave side, or dig a little hole beside the headstone to leave your "Love Message". Sometime later in life when they are out there they may remember their "Love Rocks" and find them.

Also know that just because it rains (not in a down pour), that shouldn't keep you from visiting Jessica's grave site. This will also show the girls that come rain or shine, they are thinking about her and it okay to miss their mother.

Dear Kaylors,

I am so glad the marker for your mom has been placed. The cemetary is beautiful and you can feel the peace of God when you are standing there. Texas weather is so unpredictable. Maybe we will be blessed with amazing weather this week. Whenever you go, the time will be perfect. I have been out several times and am always overwelmed with the peace of the cemetary. Jessa thought the place we picked for James was perfect. You picked a perfect place for Jessa, too, Jake.

Love,
Aunt Sandy
