Jessa' sister and brother are in town. It was really pretty cool because Jess has been out of it all day, but when she saw them her face lit up and she called them by name.
The good news is that even with the switching over of pain mains, her pain has still been managed. The bad news is that since Jessa's incoherence and sleepiness is still present we know that it is due to brain tumors and not a side effect of medicine. Starting tomorrow, she will start have an LVN caring for her round the clock.
So what did God tell me about Jess? Very early on He told me that I would marry her. When I told Jess that she wasn't so certain, after all we had barely started dating. Jess and I liked each other but if God hadn't said something I wouldn't have thought of a lifetime commitment then. Tomorrow I will tell you why it is so important that I know that because it turned out Jess wasn't joking about something.

Just thinking about you, Jess, and the girls every minute of every day...
Cathy Batlle and family
Jake, I was thinking this morning how much Jessa loves praise songs to Jesus. I heard her ask you to sing last night. Maybe you could place her computer close by so she could hear the songs she posted to her blog. Praise songs bring so much comfort and I bet would keep those stupid nightmares far away. Praying today specifically for peace, wisdom and that we each grow closer to Jesus and lean on Him through watching Jessa through her journey.
Love,
Aunt Sandy
You all stay in my thoughts and prayers through-out the day. May our Lord keep carrying you through this time.

Jake, I will sing praise to Jesus today for Jess and you and all of your precious family. Right now, please tell Jess that I love her, even if she isn't lucid, and that I am thanking God for her and asking him to start the parade because she is coming home. Love you!

I'm such a holdout!! I know even now that if God chooses to He can heal Jess and so many people would be aware that it came only from HIM! But if he chooses to bring her home to heal her I know too that many people will celebrate her homegoing! The first thing I want to do each morning is view this blog. You and your family are brought to my mind so many times each day and sometimes the only thing I know to pray is "Thy will be done" which is the prayer that never fails. May God draw you, Jake, and Jessica and the girls right up next to His side where you can hear him whisper in your ear and you can hear his heart beat as He weeps for your pain and sings over you! One of our favorite songs is "Come to Jesus". It is about the different "stages" in our lives and how Jesus is always there for us. We found this video on YouTube a few days ago.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjZEDg9ZGKQ
We are praying that the nightmares will go away and that you will have a painfree weekend.
